Postal correspondence only — no visitor access.

When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, postcode, telephone number, email address, your area of interest, the number of rooms or zones, any project details you choose to give us, your preferred contact method and your consent.

If you accept analytics or advertising cookies we also collect basic usage data such as the pages you view and the marketing campaign that brought you to the site.

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, arrange a survey and prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is your consent, and where a quotation or installation proceeds, the performance of a contract with you. Analytics and advertising data are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers who help us run the business — our website and database hosting provider, our email provider and, where you ask about finance, a finance provider. Each acts under contract and only on our instructions.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for a limited period so we can answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept longer to support warranty, safety and legal obligations.
